tbsp yellow onion

cup cherry tomato

tbsp capers

tbsp kalamata olive

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp lemon juice

pinch salt & pepper

0 First, add the drained tuna to a bowl. Use a fork to flake the tuna. 1 Place the other ingredients into the bowl and combine. 2 Serve the salad as you would like! Serve the tuna salad on bread, with crackers or over a bed of greens. I served mine over a toasted piece of sourdough with some arugula.
